Gray Guilty on One Sex Assault Count

The Eagle-Tribune reports former Salem Planning Board member was found guilty on a simple assault charge as well.

The Eagle-Tribune is reporting that the jury in the rape, kidnapping and assault trial of former Salem Planning Board member Jeffrey Gray has convicted him on one count of aggravated felonious sexual assault and one count of simple assault following two days of deliberations.

Gray was found not guilty of kidnapping and of the other six counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault against him, according to the Eagle-Tribune.
