Manchester Man Nabbed for Oxycodone

William Boucher allegedly had 17 pills and $600 cash during a traffic stop.

A Manchester man was found to be in possession of Oxycodone pills after a traffic stop near the Mall at Rockingham Park Saturday.

Police arrested William Boucher, 26, of Manchester on possession of controlled drugs and possession of controlled drugs with intent to distribute as well as three warrants. 

Officer Ryan Sambataro observed a vehicle fail to yield to pedestrians in a crosswalk on Ring Road at the Mall at Rockingham Park Saturday at about 7 p.m.

Police said Sambataro stopped the vehicle and was able to identify both occupants. The passenger, identified as Boucher, had three active arrest warrants and was taken into custody without incident.

Police found a small baggy containing 17 Oxycodone pills and about $600 in cash.

Boucher was transported to police headquarters and processes. He refused bail and was transported to Rockingham County jail pending arraignment.

The female vehicle operator was released from the scene with a warning for failure to yield to pedestrians in a crosswalk, police said.
