Man Indicted for Exposing Himself to Child in Salem Walmart

The alleged incident took place in 2011.

A Haverhill, Mass. man charged in April on an indecent exposure cold case out Salem was indicted this month in Rockingham Superior Court.

Ronald Beausoleil, 34, is being charged with indecent exposure and lewdness for his role in an alleged incident that took place in the Salem Walmart on Sept. 19, 2011.

Beausoleil was arrested in Plaistow on March 11 for sexually assaulting a child.

Salem Police Department Sgt. Thomas Kench and Detective Michael White later reviewed the security camera of the arrest. At that time, Kench thought a photo of Beausoleil from the security camera resembled the unidentified suspect from the Salem incident.

The 2011 incident involved a male that had exposed himself to a female child while in the Salem store.

He was identified by Salem Police by the vicitim, who was eight years old at the time of the incident, and an adult witness.

Court documents confirm that Beausoliel was previously convicted of attempting open and gross behavior out of the Essex County Superior Court on or about April 25, 2007.
