7 Caught Shoplifting in Salem

The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Aug. 30

  • 10:27 a.m.: Police received a report of a hit-and-run accident on Main Street.
  • 12:40 p.m.: Police received a report of a minor accident in the Lowe's parking lot on South Broadway.
  • 12:48 p.m.: Rosalia Padilla De Gonzalez, 29, of 332 North Broadway, Apt. #114, Salem was charged with willful concealment. She was allegedly shoplifted merchandise from Macy's on Mall Road. She was released on $620 bail.
  • 1:26 p.m.: Daniel W. Runge, 20, of 286 Amherst St., Manchester was charged with theft - shoplifting. He was allegedly shoplifting from the Vans store on Mall Road.
  • 1:31 p.m.: Police received a report of a male who was hit by a vehicle on South Broadway.
  • 2:16 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident with unknown injury on Rockingham Park Boulevard.
  • 2:49 p.m.: A Salem police officer reported that his motorcycle was involved in an accident on Main Street. There was no damage and no injury.
  • 4:56 p.m.: Police received a report of a 2-car accident on South Broadway.
  • 6:37 p.m.: Juan Alexander Herrera, 33, of 132 River St., Apt. B, Haverhill, MA was arrested on a warrant and charged with willful concealment. He was transported to the Rockingham County Jail.
  • 9:32 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident on Mall Road.
  • 11:25 p.m.: A caller reported that two male subjects urinated on his motorcycle while he was in Stachey's Pizza on South Broadway.
  • 11:29 p.m.: Police received a report of a motorcycle accident with injuries on Main Street.
Saturday, Aug. 31
  • 11:24 a.m.: Police received a report of a minor accident on South Broadway.
  • 1:25 p.m.: Paul Ernis Silva, 38, of 75 Union St., Methuen, MA was charged with willful concealment. He also had a bench warrant for his arrest. He was allegedly shoplifting from Home Depot on South Broadway.
  • 1:30 p.m.: Dominic Contino, 33, of 8 James Circle, Pepperell, MA was cahrged with willful concealment. He was allegedly shoplifting from Lowe's on South Broadway.
  • 5:30 p.m.: Two 17-year-old girls were charged with willful concealment after they were allegedly caught shoplifting from Macy's on Mall Road. Both subjects were released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
Sunday, Sept. 1
  • 10:03 a.m.: Police received a report of an accident involving a car versus a bicycle on South Broadway.
  • 1:40 p.m.: Police received a report of a hit-and-run accident on South Broadway.
  • 2:07 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident with no injury on Hampshire Road.
  • 2:14 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident with no damage on Veterans Memorial Parkway.
  • 2:16 p.m.: Lindsay Carla Bolton, 25, of 139 Union Sq., Apt. 1, Milford was charged with willful concealment, theft third conviction; breach of bail conditions, possession of heroin, endangering the welfare of a child, unarmed robbery and willful concealment. She was arrested after she allegedly shoplifted items from Home Depot on South Broadway.
