1 Arrested After Fight at Salem Restaurant

The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Saturday, Sept. 14

  • 1:14 a.m.: Jared Alfred Wolf, 30, of 97A Druid Hill Ave., Methuen, MA was charged with simple assault, resisting arrest/detention and disorderly conduct. He was also wanted an outstanding bench warrant. He was held on $1,500 bail and transported to the Rockingham County Jail. Wolf was arrested after police were called to Jocelyn's restaurant on South Broadway for a report of a fight in progress.
  • 7:34 a.m.: Police received a report of a hit-and-run accident on Oakridge Avenue.
  • 12:14 p.m.: A 911 caller reported a female was assaulting his car at the Walmart on North Broadway.
  • 1:59 p.m.: Connor Bereshny, 17, of 12 Cranton Ave., Groveland, MA was charged with willful concealment after he allegedly attempted to shoplift from the Home Depot on South Broadway.
Sunday, Sept. 15
  • 11:02 a.m.: Police received a report of a hit-and-run accident in the parking lot of Market Basket on South Broadway.
  • 2 p.m.: Police received a report of shoplifting at Walmart on North Broadway.
  • 2:41 p.m.: Ricardo Ismael Vives-Cruz, 28, of 80 Bowdin St., Lawrence, MA was charged with willful concealment, theft third conviction. He was arrested after he allegedly attempted to shoplift from Lowe's on South Broadway.
  • 2:52 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident with no injury on Main Street.
  • 4:45 p.m.: A caller on David Terrace reported hearing someone shooting off a gun.
  • 4:58 p.m.: A 15-year-old juvenile was charged with unarmed robbery after allegedly attempting to shoplift from FYE on Mall Road.
  • 5:58 p.m.: Darlene Schneider, 50, of 1108 Cambridge St., Apt. #102, Abbeville, SC was arrested on a warrant and charged with theft by deception, two prior thefts and willful concealment, theft third conviction. She refused the services of the bail commissioner.
  • 8:29 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident on Bluff Street.
  • 10:30 p.m.: Jaime L. Sands, 36, of 16 Kennedy Drive, Bedford was charged with driving under the influence and released on a court summons.
