Rick Santorum has laid the groundwork in Iowa unlike any other candidate ... and he is set to make a surprise finish on Jan. 3.
But there is more to the FITN status than just meeting, greeting and vetting candidates - some of the most fascinating people in the country come here just to see us during this extraordinary time.
They want us to believe that it is possible to be a good public leader while living a ‘behind the scenes” life of deceit, duplicity and corruption. It is not.
Activists are the moral compass of the democratic process; we stand for more than just what is, but for what is possible.
