Sal Lupoli opened his first pizza shop in Salem in 1990. Operated by brothers Sal, Nick, Mike and Jim, the restaurants now sell more than 40,000 pizzas a week in four states. The buffalo chicken pizza and Italian subs are customer favorites. Sal's Pizza has even been featured on Phantom Gourmet.
