I love the high energy classes. There are plenty of classes on the schedule. The facilities are great.

It is a friendly and inviting environment. I love all the group exercise classes that they offer. The instructors are outstanding. The staff makes this club what it is. Group Exercise, Swimming Lessons, Young at Heart Programs, CTGF classes are all fantastic. Love it here.
As a new member and recent graduate of the Commit to Get Fit program I have found the entire staff is invested in continuing to helping me achieve my fitness goals. I have tried almost every class and each and every instructor has made a point of making sure to show me how to moderate that class to my level. I am so excited to be in shape I never thought possible 6 months ago!

Salem Athletic Club is the best gym to be a member at! Awesome classes, Great trainers, and Friendly Staff! I look forward to going to SAC every morning and taking their classes. Not only am I getting a GREAT workout, it's so much fun!

Salem's most comfortable club. It is very very personal club. Everyone knows name. I've been to many clubs, but none with intimate as SAC. Love it here.
Best Value to get all you need in a club with a personal touch from staff. I always feel comfortable going to SAC and love having the option of playing on the raquetball courts or swim in the pool. They have a great Spinning class with high end spin bikes and a large weight area with modern well working equipment. They offer many other classes and training or you can just do your own thing. I am a cardio nut so would like to see some newer cardio equipment. I am sure it is coming.
Best sauna, always hot!!! Great price, classes are the best. Joined the "other" club and then came back "home" to SAC!
SAC has THE BEST instructors...they're knowledgeable, great motivators and friendly, offering a multitude of classes. The members are great also -- like a second family. I love it!
