I would never ever recommend this facility to anyone I cared for. If you want to torment anyone you don't care for then this is the place to send them. The services here are negligent at BEST. The ratio of experienced personnel vs new hires is low. Most of the personnel that interact with the patients are still in school and/or in training. I don't have a problem with new hires but there is a problem when the "experienced" personnel are unavailable or just don't care. Most of the nurses are just don't give a damn. Some are good but they are in the minority. The nurses aides seem to care the most, however it's difficult to care for the patients when the nurses won't respond. They never even responded back when we expressed our dissatisfaction with the facility. Now that's shows how much they care (um, the bottom line that is)
