Michelle Levell a school choice champion, joins me to discuss a wide range of issues and recent legislation impacting the Granite State. How does it effect our citizens? What is the proper role of government? Regardless of the issue, these questions are fundamental for each bill that comes before the legislature.

 Michelle and I get into the details of Common Core and its impact
on teachers, classrooms, and students. They discuss how this top-down
"education reform" is a complete loss of local control and inserts
inappropriate expectations into the children's learning material.

 Other recent legislation that will damage the Granite State's economy,
such as the gas tax, Medicaid expansion, and continuously increased regulation of business that strangles our economy is discussed. Finally they briefly touch on two recent bills: one limiting free speech in NH and second, expanded gambling.
 Michelle also talks about the flourishing K-12 scholarship program offered through the Network for Educational Opportunity toward the end of their
segment. This unique scholarship puts educational options within reach for
underprivileged students across the state.
