VIDEO: Ovide Feeling 'Good,' 'Encouraged' in Salem

Gubernatorial candidate thinks big turnout in Salem is a positive for him.

New Hampshire Republican gubernatorial candidate Ovide Lamontagne and his wife, Bettie, appeared at the Ingram Senior Center Tuesday afternoon to greet campaigners and voters who were braving the cold in what could be a record turnout locally.

Lamontagne was cautiously optimistic about his chances to beat Democratic candidate Maggie Hassan on Tuesday, saying he felt good and "encouraged" by what he had seen touring Southern New Hampshire Tuesday.

Watch the video above to hear more of what Lamontagne had to say.
