Planners Will Soon Address Keewaydin Drive Office Buiilding

The Eagle Tribune reported the news today.

A four-story office building project on 28 Keewaydin Drive will soon go before the Salem Planning Board, according to a report from the Eagle Tribune today.

The development is backed by Crosby Advisors, a business that moved to Salem two years ago from Boston according to the report. The building would house 200 workers.

A conceptual design review will take place before planners on Feb. 12.

According to the Salem, N.H. Town Projects website, the developer is Osomor, LLC.

A presentation available on the project indicates that 200 parking spaces would be built in an underground structure at the site.

There are also minimal wetland impacts and mitigated traffic impacts.

Plans for a four-story building at 23 Keewaydin Drive are also being discussed.
