Morse, Rausch to Talk Casino With Salem Chamber

The two senators will appear at a meeting on Friday.

Two state senators will meet with the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce on Friday to talk about several items concerning the state budget.

State Sens. Jim Rausch (R-Derry) and Chuck Morse (R-Salem) will join the club members in the Tuscany Room of Atkinson Country Club in Atkinson, N.H.

The discussion will include expectations regarding Gov. Maggie Hassan's upcoming state budget presentation and the latest on expanded gaming and the Interstate 93 project.

The talk on expanded gaming will follow a Thursday night informational forum scheduled to be conducted by Millenium Gaming at the Rockingham Racetrack.

Morse serves as the chairman of the Finance Committee and Rausch serves as chairman of Transportation.

The meeting will take place from 7:45 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
