Giordano Will Plead Guilty to Drug Charges

The Eagle Tribune reported the news this week.

The Eagle Tribune reported this week that Ronald Giordano, who formerly served on the Salem Zoning Board of Adjustment, will plead guilty to drug charges.

on four counts related to the sale of oxycodone in late December 2011.

The report added that he will plead guilty on Feb. 14. He faces three and a half to seven years in prison for each felony.

Giordano has been free on $10,000 bail since shortly after his arrest.

He resigned from the ZBA shortly after he was arrested on Dec. 30, 2011.

Patriot your still classless look in the mirror someday somethings might come out about you.

Does anyone know if Patty McD resigned from the BUD comm and ZBA yet ?
Patrick McDougall January 03, 2013 at 10:33 PM
It's Patrick McDougall Mrs Reid and yes i did resign because the people of salem deserve a Budget Committee member and ZBA Member who is focused on the issues that effect there live's and there taxe's!
Riley Reid January 03, 2013 at 10:54 PM
EXCELLENT, thank you Mr Patrick McDougall. PS: it's "their"
Patrick McDougall January 04, 2013 at 02:46 AM
"Excellent" Excuse me you are so rude! It was very difficult me me to make that decision aqnd i don't appeciate your negitive tone.
Riley Reid January 04, 2013 at 02:46 PM
No negative tone here Patrick, i'm dancing a "jig". Another one down and a few more to go and then maybe we will get Salem back on track and moving forward rather than being run like an old cow town on the MA border. At the end of the day the reality is that you were in way over your head and had no business being on the Budget Comm. You were elected because of some of your political backing not because of any qualifications. I actually feel bad for you because you were used and don't even realize it. Take a good look around, because it's times like this when you find out who your friends are . Good luck!

The only thing that Patrick succumbed to was the mendacious of the people he stood up to. When you stand between the food and the feeding you need to be careful. How many hundreds of town employees are there? Most very educated and very capable of taking on anyone that challenges them. The power these employees wield is deadly to any attempt to control their growth. I love the term "cow town"

Jerry did you show the same compassion for the woman he harassed? Mirror, mirror, on the wall Who will I hurt should I take a fall? http://www.boston.com/news/local/new_hampshire/articles/2005/01/18/nh_house_settles_sexual_harassment_lawsuit/?camp=pm

I have lived in Salem NH 47 years as of this past Dec and I love the Thumbs up and Thumbs down where people just put any name they want to a posting or No name at all and they just continue jabbing at people and the same happening on this site as well, What Cowards.
Patriot January 07, 2013 at 03:21 PM
Hello Jerry, thought you left us. I've been here just a little longer and don't remember how often people publicly have supported convicted criminals. (well maybe a school teacher who stole) Mr. Giordano was a State rep and got in trouble after leaving another state and changing his name. The reason he changed his name you ask? Criminal history! Now the good and forgiving people of Salem gave him another (another) chance which appears to been a flawed move. So we who have been fooled by Mr. Giordano are now in your eyes cowards. Enjoy your visitations with the admitted drug dealer! Tell Mr. Gordon we still think of him, oops sorry I know how sensitive you are about using you real name. Mr. Giordano
jerrybreen January 07, 2013 at 04:23 PM
Are you Saying I am Mr. Giordano??? If you would like to meet any where here in Salem for a cup of coffee I would be happy to do so. One thing about me is I am always up front and honest. This is a perfect example of you ducking the question and turning the question around to suit your needs. I do not condone anything that he did, but it's not me who was put on this earth to be judging anyone, we all have to face our lord and savior some day, thats the true judgement day for all of us. That's all I will say on this subject.
Patrick McDougall January 07, 2013 at 04:54 PM
I was not way over my head, I am a taxpayer who like others were frustrated with all over spending and tax increases that never ends I don't just rubberstamp budget's and capital plans i ask question's and expect answers and that was what qualified me to be on he budget committee!
Patriot January 07, 2013 at 06:19 PM
Jerry never thought you where Mr. Giordano. Don't like coffee and while on earth you do answer for your crimes. He maybe judged again but for now he will have to settle for our system here. Ron spared you from a decision by pleading guilty. For that I am thankful, I like Ron just wish he chose a better way.
jerrybreen January 08, 2013 at 02:53 AM
Patriot now I want to say I liked what you said in this posting to the point and with some compassion. I like Ron as well and it is a shame that this happened, but hopefully he has learned a good lesson from all this, and will see the light at the end of the tunnell.
Elezebeth January 23, 2013 at 08:49 AM
LIght at the end of the tunnel? What about all the people he hurt and scammed? There is a reason the PD was looking into him. SELLING NARCOTICS! And in a school zone! PATHETIC! Couldnt just get a job like normal people, just had to sell drugs and ruin others lives! No sympathy here, He knew what he was doing was so wrong and continued! What if it had been his step children that were being sold to? OOPs, different story there!
