Giordano Will Plead Guilty to Drug Charges

The Eagle Tribune reported this week that Ronald Giordano, who formerly served on the Salem Zoning Board of Adjustment, will plead guilty to drug charges.

on four counts related to the sale of oxycodone in late December 2011.

The report added that he will plead guilty on Feb. 14. He faces three and a half to seven years in prison for each felony.

Giordano has been free on $10,000 bail since shortly after his arrest.

He resigned from the ZBA shortly after he was arrested on Dec. 30, 2011.
