$40M Budget Approved at Deliberative Session

The spending plan now moves on to the March 11 Town Meeting warrant.

Salem's $40 million town budget was moved on to the March 11 Town Meeting warrant at Saturday's deliberative session, according to the Union Leader.

Also approved were bridge and road projects, and a proposal to purchase new fire department vehicles.

The school deliberative session will be held on Thursday, Feb. 6 at 7 p.m. at the high school. Town and school elections are scheduled for Tuesday, March 11.
