Woman Reports $4K in Charges to her Card at Holiday Inn

FEBRUARY 4, 2013

8:57 a.m. Robert Owen Wilcox, 36, of 19 High Range Road in Londonderry, N.H. is arrested at the Salem Police Department and charged with violation of protective order; penalty.

7:39 p.m. Elvis Rivera, 37, is arrested at Sears on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment – theft.

10:10 a.m. Loss Prevention reporting they just has a theft of $300. LP went after them and subject threatened them with a needle. Subject left in a black Maxima with Massachusetts registration. Unknown direction fo travel.

Subject is described as a blonde male with a ponytail.

10:42 a.m. Caller reporting her business credit card was used at the Holiday Inn in Salem for $4,000.

8:42 p.m. Caller reports 4-5 shots fired in the area north of Lake Street Garden Center.

Officer advises that the caller believes that the vehicle involved is a Honda Civic or Accord. Possibly 2-3 males in the vehicle last seen heading toward Route 28.

Officer advises that there are multiple bullet holes in the residence at 17 Lake St.

9:24 p.m. Calle reports damage to her back door at 6 Bridge St. She was already inside the house. When she noticed the damage she went outside. Owners are now checking for missing items.
