Two Arrested for Theft at Mall Within Minutes of One Another

10:06 a.m. John William McGregor, 26, of 8L Mattthew Drive in Derry, N.H. is arrested at N.H. Employment Security on 29 S. Broadway St. is arrested on two warrants. Bail is set at $1,000 personal recognizance.

10:40 a.m. Jennifer Anne Mangan, 39, of 5 Frost Road in Windham, N.H. is arrested at Party Center on 290 S. Broadway St. for willful concealment Mangan is released on a summons.
4:33 p.m. Marta Ivette Pagan, 58, of 53 Woodland St., 2nd Floor in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested at J.C. Penney on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment – theft. Pagan bailed at $660 cash.

4:37 p.m. Stephanie Delacruz, 23, of 124 Oakside Ave. in Methuen, Mass. is arrested at Sears on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment – theft. Delacruz bailed at $660 cash.
