I hope the caller isn't confusing the vehicle with the one that houses our state-of-the-art humanoid-controlled traffic signals at the intersection of Policy and Main. I believe this is part of Bill Scott's "Super Hitech Information Technology" system.

12 mid to 1:30 am is not when Salem's finest are controlling the traffic lights to move things along through that intersection so I don't have to sit through 2 cycles before passing.
