Man Charged with DWI After Driving on Lawn Near Burger King

JULY 8, 2013

9:09 a.m. Caller reporting that it appears that Salem Sign on 368 N. Broadway has been broken into. The caller is an employee from next door. 

Unknown if it was broken into, appears to be in disarray. Unable to contact owner.

10:39 a.m. Adam Daniel Jenna, 33, of 61 Spring St. Apt. 1 in Bristol, N.H. is arrested at Red Roof Inn on 15 Red Roof Lane and charged with possession of controlled drug and a bench warrant.

Jenna is bailed at $1,000 personal recognizance.

3:20 p.m. Nancy Ann Franklin, 59, of 50 New Boston Road in Kingston, N.H. is arrested at Sears on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment – theft.

Franklin is bailed at $1,000 personal recognizance.

4:20 p.m. Jared Michael Breton, 28, of 277 Fox Ave. in Dracut, Mass. is arrested at Macy's on 1 Mall Road and charged with willful concealment – theft. 

Breton is bailed at $500 cash.

7:29 p.m. Mark Timothy Mahoney, 19, of 18 Mathias St. in Salem, N.H. is arrested at Ninety Seven Shoppes on 401 Main St. and charged with person misrepresents age and resisting arrest/detention.

Mahoney is bailed at $500 personal recognizance.

10:43 p.m. Michael Joseph Dauwer, 48, of 128 Monticello Road in Andover, N.H. is arrested near Salem Gulf on 135 S. Broadway and charged with driving while intoxicated – subsequent and open container of alcohol.

Caller reporting a gold minivan drove over the lawn at Burger King and almost hit several cars on Route 28 north. Car pulled into the Gulf station. Caller then exited the side lot and was stopped getting onto Route 93.

JULY 9, 2013

1:18 a.m. Carlos Solis, 39, of 15 Charles St. in Salem, N.H. is arrested on 15 Charles St. on a bench warrant.

Solis is released on $1,000 cash bail.

2:37 a.m. Kyle M. Viau, 27, of 40 W. Broadway Apt. 4 in Derry, N.H. is arrested on a warrant and charged with criminal liability for conduct of another.
