Ex-Secret Service Agent Pleads Guilty to Sexual Assault of a Child

Rockingham County Attorney's office says the man was sentenced to 20 to 40 years.

A former Secret Service agent has pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault against a child under 13, the Rockingham County Attorney's office announced July 1.

Wilbur "Tom" Clark of East Kingston entered guilty pleas and was sentenced on the two counts, as well as one count of felonious sexual assault and one misdemeanor count of obscene matter, according to Senior Assistant Attorney General James T. Boffetti, who is administrating attorney of the county attorney's office.

The indictments alleged that Clark, 70, who was a U.S. Secret Service agent for over two decades, assaulted the child in his home and provided the child with obscene pornographic images, from 2008 to 2013, according to the county attorney's office.

Boffetti said Clark was sentenced to 20 to 40 years at the New Hampshire state prison.
