  • Dispute at Prime BP on South Broadway, with caller complaining that an older woman does not understand that she still has to pay for a car inspection when the car fails to pass, July 25.
  • Runaway vehicle. Officer fields report of a car rolling down South Policy without anybody in the car and a man chasing the vehicle, July 25.
  • Credit Card fraud complaint July 25. Woman reported her debit card was stolen when her boyfriend's motorcycle was stolen and the bank alerted her that the card had been used.
  • Courtney Kathleen Richiuts, 47, of 3 Morningside Court, Apt. 13, Salem, charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI on July 25.
  • Noise complaint from 70 Millville St. resident that an upstairs neighbor is stomping and yelling on July 26.
  • Officers check out Trolley Lane and Hedgehog Park in routine patrols July 26.
  • Manager at BJ's Wholesale Club reports an employee theft from the store July 26.
  • Fraud complaint: Lancelot Court resident reports July 26 a check mailed to him by his employer was stolen and cashed at Bank of America.
  • Meghan Emma Lavallee, 18, of 9 Pine St., Salem, charged with willful concealment for allegedly shoplifting at Bob's Stores July 26.
  • NH Pawnbroker Services on South Broadway reports two young men attempted to pawn an expensive mother's bracelet. They left when he refused them, July 26.
  • Complaint filed July 26 of theft of copper piping and $2,500 of plywood over the past month from the CVS Construction site.
  • Matthew Philip Johnson, 21, of 10 Webb St., Salem, charged with simple assault and criminal threatening July 26.
  • Bernadette Ann Ruscillo, 48, of 4 Bagnell Ave., Salem, charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless operation and operating without a valid license July 26 after allegedly driving into a tree.
