9-Year-Old Boy Reported Missing Returns Home

The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Aug. 12

  • 10:47 a.m.: Police received a report of an accident with unknown injury on Range Road.
  • 11:54 a.m.: A caller reported the theft of copper from Rockingham Park on Rockingham Park Boulevard.
  • 1:02 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on South Policy Street.
  • 1:37 p.m.: A 9-year-old boy was reported missing on Meredith Road. He later returned home.
  • 2:38 p.m.: A minor accident was reported in the parking lot of Auto Zone on South Broadway.
  • 5:22 p.m.: A pedestrian accident with injury was reported on Lawrence Road. The operator of a bicycle was transported to Lawrence General Hospital.
  • 5:55 p.m.: Brendan Thomas Clemens, 24, of 20 Providence Hill Road, Atkinson was charged with willful concealment following a report of shoplifting at Lowe's on South Broadway. He was released on a summons.
  • 10:06 p.m.: A caller reported that a vehicle traveling on Route 111 near Zachary's Crossing had a subject get out and throw something at a vehicle behind them.
  • 10:13 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident with no injury at Canobie Lake Park on North Policy Street.
