12-Year-Old Boy Arrested at Woodbury School

The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Sept. 16

  • 6:44 a.m.: Thomas J. Mancini, 56, of 61 Silver St., Seabrook was arrested on a warrant on an unspecified charge.
  • 9:01 a.m.: A 12-year-old juvenile was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct. The student was arrested at Woodbury Middle School on Main Street and released to the custody of his mother.
  • 9:40 a.m.: Police received a report of an accident on Cluff Crossing Road.
  • 3:06 p.m.: Police received a report of a theft at Target on South Broadway.
  • 3:28 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident on North Broadway.
  • 5:49 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident on Lowell Road.
  • 10:40 p.m.: A caller on South Policy Street reported hearing what sounded like six gun shots going off.
Tuesday, Sept. 17
  • 12:31 a.m.: A caller on Freedom Drive reported that his neighbor is screaming out the windows.
