Barbara Lloyd, Longtime Green Barn Hostess, Passes Away

She was born in Medford, MA, where she grew up and attended schools, and graduated from Medford High School. She was a long time Salem, NH resident.

Barbara retired from Green Barn Restaurant in Salem, NH, where she worked for many years as a hostess. She was a member of St. Joseph Church in Salem, where she was active in the Women’s Guild. She was an avid reader, enjoyed going out to eat, and she enjoyed her chocolate frappes at the nursing home. Barbara loved the people at Salemhaven and the family wishes to thank the staff for their care and kindness to Barbara.

She was predeceased by her husband John Lloyd.

She is survived by her Nieces and Nephews:

Kathleen Walsh of Tewksbury, MA, Donna DiZazzo of Pelham, NH, Debbie Beaudreault of Westford, MA, Michele Edwards of Salem, NH, William Todd Jr. of Newburyport, MA, Michael Todd of The Villages, FL, and Jeffrey Todd of Kensington, NH.

Several Grand Nieces & Grand Nephews

Visitation will be held Sunday, Dec. 22 from 1-2 PM, followed by a funeral service at 2 PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St, Salem, NH. Burial will be private in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem, NH.
