Family Thanks Salem Community for Support After Losing Home

It is somewhat bittersweet.  We waited six months for the paperwork and approvals and now reality is setting in - - we will start the demo on Monday!

We want to Thank all of You… our Friends, Family, Neighbors of Noyce Terrace, the entire Community, MKS Instruments and even complete strangers for your outpour of support. Each and every one of you has touched our hearts. Geof and I are so thankful for your donations and support. It has helped to carry our family through this hardship of losing everything.   

As we start to rebuild our lives, we look forward to new beginnings. We wanted to share our wonderful news with each of you that the time has come for us to rebuild! Thank you so much for making our difficult transition smooth. Words cannot express our appreciation. These past six months have been a very humbling experience for all of us. We never expected to be on the receiving side. It is a wonderful experience to know that we live in such a caring and giving community and town and to be part of that wonderful experience we will never forget. We will, in the future, pay forward our appreciation to others in need.  

We kept our faith and hope throughout the entire process. God knows this was not an easy task, staying positive, when we had nothing except our Faith and Hope. Our Faith carried us through day to day.  

We are so blessed and grateful that no one was hurt as we all escaped the fire without harm including our dog, Harley ….  As for our “things” … all the “things” will be replaced in time.
