Scott Brown Selling MA Home; Will He Run in NH?

The former U.S. Senator from Massachusetts owns a summer home in Rye.

Former GOP U.S. Sen. Scott Brown is looking to sell his Massachusetts home, reigniting speculation that he might run for U.S. Senate in New Hampshire, where he owns a summer home.

WCVB-TV is reporting that Brown's 3,000-square-foot home in Wrentham, MA had its first open house on Sunday. It is being sold for almost $560,000.

Brown, who owns a summer home just off Route 1A in Rye, has made numerous trips to the Granite State in recent months, and has done nothing to quell rumors that he might run against U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) in 2014. So far, Jim Rubens is the only Republican to formally announce a run for the seat.

Brown is scheduled to speak tonight in Hampstead, at a fundraiser for the Hampstead Republican Committee at the Granite Rose.
