Weigh In on the Revised Salem High Renovations Thursday

The Salem School District is inviting residents to a special session to express concerns and ask questions this Thursday about the Salem High School renovation project.

The informational meeting will start at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19, at the high school. The public will have a chance to weigh in on the work in addition to getting new details about the project, including information about why the district is "very, very far" from having a concrete number for the project, according to the Salem Community Patriot.

Estimates peg the project as costing as much as $75 million, although Superintendent Michael Delahanty told the Salem Community Patriot that there are opportunities for state grants that could reduce the price tag by millions of dollars.
