Town, Mall Trick or Treat Events Tonight

The town of Salem's official trick or treat night is Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m.

Authorities ask that parents review and practice personal safety while trick or treating after sunset, as darkness may make it difficult for drivers to see children and adults — especially if they're wearing dark costumes.

The Mall at Rockingham Park is also throwing a mallwide trick or treat night from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday.
