The Birches Academy is excited to offer an after school enrichment program. There are a variety of classes to choose from, including Drama, Learning to Draw, Spanish, Mad Science, Creative Writing, and Dancing. There are additional classes available and more are being added. The cost for these classes varies, as well as the days and times they're being offered. These classes are open to all children in the community, not strictly Birches Academy students. More About Birches Academy Charter School
Birches Academy is a charter school serving students in the Salem area. Each individual child at receives a Personal Learning Plan which has been specifically developed for the child. Each classroom has two teachers, a head teacher and an assistant teacher. It offers after-school enrichment programs including drawing lessons, piano lessons and "Mad Science." The board of trustees is comprised of community members and parents of Birches Academy students; meetings are held every second Monday of the month at 7pm.
