This is Oobie, an 8 year old poodle/toy mix. He is the perfect companion dog, he loves people and new situations. He's always willing to go for a walk or a ride in the car but he is happiest sleeping on your lap. Oobie gets along with dogs but he is much more interested in people. Meet our Looch. What a story. Looch was found outside, nearly frozen to death, a bare skeleton of a cat. A conscientious and caring individual brought this cat who was barely clinging to life to SARL.  It was touch and go but this guy had spirit and and overwhelming desire to live.   Fast forward two months, Looch is currently sitting contently in his favorite spot in Judy's Kitty City at SARL. Meet Puddles! Contrary to what his name implies he is house trained. He is a 5 year old Hound Terrier Mix with a lot of energy. Puddles loves to ride in the car and is very good on both short and long trips. Meet Sweet Pea. She is almost 2 years of age and came to us with her litter of several kittens. She was an excellent Mom, all her babes have found their homes. Poor Sweetie, because she is a bit shy she does not show as well as some of the other available cats. The end result is that they have been going to new homes and she is still here after 7 months.
