I substantially agree with Peter on this. But that is not what I argued. I never spoke to the merits of the project. I only stated that the research does not back up his assertion “These renovations can make a better education easier to achieve.” He tacitly acknowledged that fact.
Then and now, Peter made a case for renovations on which I expressed no position.
Others may reply to this post to respond to Peter as they see fit. Since I, myself, am among the great unwashed and I believe that comments should be free and stand on their merits, I welcome and value your views.
