VIDEO: Ron Paul Stops in Salem
Addresses workers at Medicus about the economy, money and the Fed.
U.S. Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas) made a campaign stop at medical solutions company Medicus on Industrial Drive in Salem on Friday, taking a few moments to speak to employees about his 2012 presidential campaign.
Paul said governments "mess things up" when it comes to job creation and noted only people can create new jobs.
"You want the money to remain in the economy," Paul said.
He said the current economic malaise is the "biggest bubble in history" due to its basis on U.S. paper money. Paul also touted his efforts at making the Federal Reserve more accountable.
