On Saturday, the public got their first look at renovations to Barron School on Butler Street, the first updates to the school since its 1967 construction.

Barron now has a completely new main lobby, library, office, gym, kindergarten room, small instruction areas, literacy center, grade 4 classrooms and music room among other features.

Yesterday we featured the renovations at Lancaster School and tomorrow we'll show you the changes at North Salem School.

The three school renovations were part of a $22 million bond passed by voters in March.
