Two Macy's Shoplifting Incidents Net 3 Arrests

The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

DECEMBER 31, 2012

8:55 a.m. Heather Lynn Middleton, 29, of 1045 Coconut Ave. Apt. 301 in Sarasota, Fla. is arrested at 25 Millville Circle and charged with falsifying physical evidence, two counts fraudulent use of credit card, attempt to commit credit card fraud, criminal liability for conduct of another and receiving stolen property.

8:55 a.m. Kiow Anne Sharpe, 29, of 46 A St. in Lowell, Mass. is arrested at 25 Millville Circle and charged with two counts fraudulent use of credit card, receiving stolen property and attempt to commit credit card fraud.

12:51 p.m. Theft is reported at For Your Entertainment (FYE) on 1 Mall Road. Employee reported a male subject who attempted to take approximately $300 worth of merchandise. The employee was able to recover the merchandise. The suspect left his ID behind and ran out toward the exit on the upper level of the mall.

4:36 p.m. Roberto Rivera, 18, of 1 Lincoln St. in Haverhill, Mass. is arrested at Macy's on 1 Mall Road and charged with willful concealment – theft. Bail is set at $1,000 personal recognizance.

4:36 p.m. Hector Vazquez, 18, of 7 Arch St. in Haverhill, Mass. is arrested at Macy's on 1 Mall Road and charged with willful concealment  – theft. Bail is set at $1,000 personal recognizance.

5:29 p.m. Rachel Connolly, 20, of 27 Woodland Drive in Litchfield, N.H. is arrested at the Salem Police Dept. and charged with two counts of receiving stolen property.

6:01 p.m. Nicholas Sarile, 21, of 185 Stackpole St. in Lowell, Mass. is arrested at Macy's on 1 Mall Road and charged with willfull concealment – theft. Bail is set at $1,000 personal recognizance.

6:57 p.m. Overdose is reported at Zion Hill Road. 47-year-old female reportedly took an overdose of prescription medication. Woman was transported by Salem Fire to Lawrence General Hospital.
