Tuscan Kitchen Coming to Food Network
A viewing party is in the works for the evening of the show at Tuscan Kitchen.
Salem's Tuscan Market hasn't been opened very long, but the Artisan Italian retail shop will soon join the close-by Tuscan Kitchen on a popular Food Network program.
The restaurant and market are scheduled to appear on an upcoming episode of "Chef Wanted With Anne Burrell." This particular episode has been dubbed the "Italian Empire."
The premise of the show involves the hiring of an executive chef for Tuscan Brands. Burrell brings in four candidates who are tested on Italian cuisine skills and knowledge.
The two finalists are handed the keys to the restaurant for a dinner service.
According to the show synopsis, one chef has to dig their way out from a bad start while the other struggles with inconsistency.
“It was a great experience working with Anne who shared our passion and commitment to authentic artisan Italian cuisine,” said Joe Faro, who founded the Tuscan businesses.
A viewing party will likely take place at Tuscan Kitchen, with more details scheduled to be released when available.
The episode is scheduled to air on Jan. 31 at 10 p.m.

Best quality presentation , highest quality maintenance of the deli. The grand assortment of artisanal meats and cheeses was well thought out in advance . I eat all over the boston area and the deep rich flavors of the meats I sampled at The Tuscan Market was at an unbelievable EXCEPTIONAL level the flavor and texture tasted nurtured from the farm to to the deli window.
