Teen Charged With Receiving Stolen Property

The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

Editor's note: The following entries are excerpts from logs submitted by Salem Police.

JANUARY 10, 2013

8:57 a.m. Christopher David Hennessy, 24, of 1160 Salem St. in North Andover, Mass. is arrested on a warrant and charged with willful concealment – theft.

10:56 a.m. Tyler J. Elliott, 18, of 95 High St. Apt. 2 in Keene, N.H. is arrested on a warrant and charged with receiving stolen property.

11:31 a.m. Sean Arthur Fenton, 27, of 102 Salem St. in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and fugitive from justice; governor's warrant following a disabled motor vehicle report at Fisk School on 14 Main St.

7:52 p.m. Nicholas James Woodward, 18, of 1418 Forsyth St. Apt. 10 in Boston, Mass. is arrested on a warrant and charged with willful concealment – theft.

10:42 p.m. Lucas David Cook, 18, of 30 Friendship Drive in Salem, N.H. is arrested on 30 Friendship Drive and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and simple assault. Caller reported her son was packing his bags and out of control. Salem Fire was also called for a laceration to a hand. Cook was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail.
