JANUARY 12, 2013

10:13 a.m. A 17-year-old juvenile is arrested at Holiday Inn on 1 Keewaydin Drive and charged with misuse or failure to display plates, operating without a valid license and unregistered vehicle.

1:51 p.m. Kyle James Ramalho, 25, of 24 Bullard Drive in Hooksett, N.H. is arrested at KMart on 161 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment. Ramalho bailed at $5,000 personal recognizance.

1:57 p.m. Caller reports a possibly burglary at Holiday Inn on 1 Keewaydin Drive. Caller also reports they have subjects on video.

JANUARY 13, 2013

12:33 a.m. Andrew Mark Uglietto, 18, of 21 Edmunds Way in Belmont, Mass. is arrested at 28 Wheeler Ave. and charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of drugs (motor vehicle) and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

Sophia D. Flett, 20, of 23 Wheeler Ave. in Salem, N.H. is arrested at 28 Wheeler Ave. and charged with facilitating a drug or undersage alchol house party and unlawful possession of alcohol.

Andrew A. Brant, 19, of 111 Boylston St. in Malden, Mass. is arrested at 28 Wheeler Ave. and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

Chaz Chandler, 20, of 87 Brown Ave. in Hampton, N.H. is arrested at 28 Wheeler Ave. and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.

Cody S. Skeffington, 19, of 201 Chelsea St. Apt. 408 in Everett, Mass. is arrested at 28 Wheeler Ave. and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.

Several juveniles are also arrested in the incident.

Caller reports someone ringing his doorbell. The caller later sees two kids walking in the area and asks if they were involved, to which they respond 'no.'

Officers comes across a party at 23 Wheeler Ave. after seeing multiple vehicles parked in the road.

1:02 a.m. Michael Paul Caggiano, 25, of 120 Klondike Ave. Apt. 104 in Haverhill, Mass. is arrested at Rockingham Park on 77 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with alcoholism – protective custody.

4:27 p.m. David Lee, Speller, 50, of 10 Martha Lane in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested at Target on 205 S. Broadway St. and charged with theft. Bail set at $2,500 cash.

10:20 p.m. Zachary Hicks, 19, of 30 Townsend Ave. in Salem, N.H. is arrested at 40 Townsend Ave. and cahrged with conduct after an accident and unlawful possession of alcohol.

Caller reports a car drove up her driveway at a high rate of speed and spun around, damaged a lamp oost and possibly her car. Caller's husband saw the suspect vehicle turn around and head into the driveway of 30 Townsend Road.

Hicks released on a summons.
