Salem Carpenter Will Go To Trial For Indecent Exposure
William Tinker was charged with three felony counts of indecent exposure and lewdness.
The Union Leader is reporting William Tinker, 45, a carpenter from Salem, will be going on trial for three felony charges of indecent exposure and lewdness stemming from an incident last December after a judge rejected his claim he shouldn't have been charged.
According to the paper, Tinker was working at a home in Hampstead when a 15-year-old girl scrolled through his digital camera and saw sexually explicit images after he allegedly handed the camera to her. A Rockingham County Superior Court judge disagreed with Tinker's assertion that he shouldn't have been charged because the photos weren't specifically transmitted.
