Police Log: Two Theft Arrests

The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

NOVEMBER 29

6:28 a.m. Theft is reported on Hampshire Street.

10:18 a.m. Criminal mischief is reported on Coburn Street.

12:19 p.m. Theft is reported on Mall Road.

1:56 p.m. Fraud is reported on Salem Street.

4:32 p.m. Harassment is reported on Wilson Street.

5:19 p.m. Jason Carl Ellis, 32, of Deep Meadow in Exeter, is charged with willful concealment (theft).

6:50 p.m. Guillermo Rivera, 19, of Phillips Street in Methuen, Mass., is charged with willful concealment (theft).
