Police Log: Theft, Assault Arrests

The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

DECEMBER 8

11:07 a.m. A dispute is reported on Stiles Road.

3:48 p.m. Damage to a motor vehicle is reported on Edmunds Circle.

4:15 p.m. Derek Michaud, 29, on Rabbit Road in Salisbury, Mass., is charged with willful concealment (theft).

5:07 p.m. A domestic disturbance is reported on Mall Road.

6:54 p.m. Damage to a motor vehicle is reported on Mall Road.

10:33 p.m. Daniel T. Marsh, 27, of Hampstead Street in Methuen, Mass., is charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled narcotic drugs, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle and conduct after an accident. An adult male is taken into protective custody for alcoholism.

DECEMBER 9

6:47 a.m. A dispute is reported on Cluff Road.

10:23 a.m. Harassment is reported on St. Mary's Lane.

2:03 p.m. Sean Singleton Irish, 35, of a last known address of Proctor Street in Salem, Mass., is charged with possession of controlled narcotic drugs and criminal trespass.

6:11 p.m. Brenda L. Paplaskas, 51, of Lowell Road in Salem, is charged with disorderly conduct and simple assault. Michelle Dee Cimics, 43, of Lowell Road in Salem, is charged with disorderly conduct and simple assault.

6:21 p.m. Theft is reported on South Broadway.

6:28 p.m. Judy Ann Landers, 53, of Lowell Road in North Reading, Mass., is charged with willful concealment (theft).

7:33 p.m. Theft is reported on South Broadway.

8:28 p.m. Theft is reported on Mall Road.

9:34 p.m. A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident is reported on Scotland Avenue at Bluff Street.
