11:10 a.m. A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident is reported on Brady Avenue.
11:48 a.m. Theft is reported on Betty Lane.
2:27 p.m. Two juveniles are charged with theft by unauthorized taking.
3:29 p.m. A dispute is reported on South Broadway.
9:15 p.m. Nathan Stuart Anzalone, 32, of Huse Road in Manchester, is charged with possession of controlled narcotic drugs. An unidentified individual is taken into protective custody for alcoholism.
