9:59 a.m. Theft is reported on Golden Oaks Drive.

10:44 a.m. Kevin E. Kondrat, 41, of Marvin Street in Methuen, Mass., is arrested on a warrant.

11:45 a.m. Assault is reported on Lancelot Court.

12:40 p.m. A drug offense is reported on Brookdale Road at North Policy Street.

1:05 p.m. Theft is reported on North Broadway.

1:05 p.m. James Michael Zito, 26, of 9th Street in Kingston, is charged with theft by deception.

4:19 p.m. Theft is reported on Mall Road.

4:32 p.m. Assault is reported on Red Roof Lane.

4:43 p.m. Kenneth J. Scribner, 19, of Russett Lane in Hampstead, is charged with criminal mischief (vandalism), conduct after an accident, two counts of simple assault and two counts of reckless conduct; place another in danger.

5:03 p.m. Lost or stolen cell phone is reported on South Broadway.

5:09 p.m. Chanelly Capellan, 20, of Essex Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with willful concealment (theft).

6:01 p.m. Theft is reported on Cornwell Court.

7:31 p.m. Shoplifting is reported on Cluff Crossing Road.
