Victor Pena, 18, of Bunker Hill Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with disorderly conduct. Robert L. Hughes, Jr., 18, of Farham Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with disorderly conduct. Robert Hughes, 38, of Farham Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with disorderly conduct. Talecha C. Barthelmy, 24, of Farham Street in Lawrence, Mass., is charged with disorderly conduct.
