5:08 p.m. A juvenile is charged with theft (shoplifting).

7:42 p.m. Ashley Jean McCarthy-Tremblay, 20, of Cluff Crossing Road in Salem, is charged with simple assault.

8:59 p.m. A dispute is reported on Friendship Drive.

9:15 p.m. A dispute is reported on Magnolia Avenue.

10:16 p.m. Criminal threatening is reported on Lawrence Road.

11:06 p.m. Criminal threatening is reported on Tiffany Road.

JANUARY 24

1:21 a.m. Timothy R. Kimball, 37, of Lawrence Road in Salem, is charged with simple assault and second degree assault.

3:21 a.m. A gun incident is reported on Lawrence Road.

7:16 a.m. Theft is reported on South Broadway.

9:29 a.m. Theft is reported on South Broadway.

12:31 p.m. Theft is reported on South Broadway.

1:02 p.m. Fraud is reported on Mall Road.

3:48 p.m. A stolen cell phone is reported on Mall Road.

3:50 p.m. Harassment is reported on Bridge Street.

4:33 p.m. A hit-and-run motor vehicle accident is reported on Mall Road.

7:22 p.m. Matthew P. Perry, 20, of Temple Drive in Methuen, Mass., is charged with theft by deception.
