Men Try to Force Way Into Home Over $20 Dispute

The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

JANUARY 31, 2013

2:45 p.m. A minor accident is reported at Lowe's on 541 S. Broadway St.

3:41 p.m. Caller reporting three unwanted males at the residence attempting to gain entry. They have been knocking on the doors and screaming. One attempted to push open a locked door. The three males then went over to a vehicle in the driveway and started punching it.

The dispute is over $20. Everything is fine at this time. Parties have now left and ahve been trespassed. They will not be returning.

4:33 p.m. Subject reporting a violation of a restraining order on 34 Lowell Road.

7:12 p.m. Marion Roxanne Pleas, 29, of 208 Warrent St. Apt. 1 in Roxbury, Mass. is arrested at Abercrombie & Fitch on 1 Mall Road and charged with criminal trespass. She is released on a summons.

7:38 p.m. A caller reports damage to his 2001 white Honda.

9:32 p.m. Theft is reported at Lord & Taylor on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard. Security reports employee theft.
