Man Arrested for Breach of Bail Conditions

The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

JANUARY 29, 2013

8:32 a.m. Manager approached officer and requested a walk-through because he had found the bank's door propped open at Bank of America on 220 N. Broadway St. The door was left opened by the cleaners.

9:38 a.m. Cheryl Ann Breton, 50, of 590 Mammoth Road in Londonderry, N.H. is arrested at the Salem Police Department and charged with two counts of theft; all other. Transported to court for arraignment.

10:19 a.m. Alex Patrick Steeves, 23, of 5 Clinton St. in Andover, Mass. is arrested at the Salem Police Department and charged with willful concealment – theft and conspiracy to commit. Transported to court for arraignment.

4:19 p.m. Edward M. Young, 21, of 36 Pelham Road in Salem, N.H. is arrested at the Salem Police Department and charged with default or breach of bail conditions. Young bailed at $2,500 personal recognizance.

JANUARY 30, 2013

7:01 a.m. Motor vehicle accident with injuries is reported at Northeast Electrical Distributors on 71 Lowell Road. Officer advises a subject hit a telephone pole on Lawrence Road near Northeast Rehab and then drove to work. Male subject being transported.
