Five Things: School Board to Discuss NECAP's

1. TODAY'S FORECAST: Today will warm up a bit with sunny skies and a high of 45. Tonight will be clear with a low of 27.

2. SCHOOL BOARD MEETS TONIGHT: The board will meet for the first time since last week's deliberative session. A discussion on NECAP results will take place during the 7 p.m. meeting, which will be held in the Salem High School TV studio.

3. APPLY FOR THE CASINO ADVISORY COMMITTEE: Six citizens are needed for Salem's new Casino Advisory Committee. Applications are due to the Town Manager's office before 5 p.m. on Feb. 20, 2013. Visit the town website and click "applications for town boards and committees."

4. THIS DAY IN HISTORY: On February 12, 1999, the five-week impeachment trial of Bill Clinton comes to an end, with the Senate voting to acquit the president on both articles of impeachment: perjury and obstruction of justice.

5. $500 MILLION IN DONATIONS!: The 50 most generous donors of 2012 have been announced, and the Zuckerbergs are on the list. Find out where they donated $500 million.
