Field Sobriety Test Leads to Cocaine Arrest

Jason Piniero, 28, of Salem, N.H. was arrested on Sunday.

 

A Salem man was arrested Sunday on multiple drug charges after officers found several individually wrapped baggies of Cocaine during a field sobriety test.

Jason Piniero, 28, was charged with felony possession of controlled drugs with intent to distribute, possession of controlled drugs and transportation of drugs.

His vehicle had been stopped at 12:53 a.m. for multiple infractions on Cluff Crossing Road.

While Piniero passed the field sobriety test, the investigation turned up the drugs.

Piniero was taken into custody without incident. He refused the services of the bail commissioner and was later transported to Rockingham County Jail.
