Mooney was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail, according to the Salem arrest log for Tuesday.

The paper reported Mooney is a Concord lawyer and a woman told police she performed sexual acts on a man later identified to be Mooney. When contacted by the paper, Mooney reportedly said he is innocent.
